MBCC TH 21st August'23 - "China is giving the market dribs and drabs of liquidity, why can it NOT do more?"

The biggest call for 2H of this year, especially as each passing day goes by with Chinese data showing how it is imploding even further, is that China will come back with a BIG BANG stimulus and that all will be well. But every day that goes by, we don’t see it, why? And what can we expect?
