Very interesting backdrop in Oil as we head into OPEC+ meeting for December..will they come with their tail between their legs just rolling over the existing production and “hoping/wishing” for a rally?

Will they try to teach the Hedge Funds Speculators another lesson not to be short (dont think they are short but hey….how can anyone convince them that is about something bigger…)
