MBCC TH 29th May'24 - "US 10 year Bond yields are breaking > 4.5%, same level last fall when SPX was at 4100, what is going on and what does it mean? Fed checkmate!"
Last Fall we hit close to 5% on the 10 year, around 4.75%, and SPX got down to 4100. That is when Yellen played around with the bond market structure and issued more Tbills than Bonds, causing a massive short squeeze in the back end Bonds.
but today, we tell you what this means for stocks/markets and what the Fed can do?
